1. - Transfer of miles between AeroPass accounts, or between affiliated airline accounts is not permitted.

2. - The accumulated miles do not have monetary value.

3. - AeroPass reserves the right to change the prize levels and rules without previous notice.

4. - Miles shall be accumulated solely by the trips made by the AeroPass member.

5. - Mileage shall not be credited when flight is not made. The fact of having purchased the ticket does not automatically provide the miles.

6. - It is mandatory to send copies of the tickets and boarding passes to have miles accrued to your account.

7. - AEROPOSTAL Alas de Venezuela has the right to check and correct AeroPass members’ accounts.

8.- In case a fraud is proven in accumulation of miles regarding the same trip in two frequent flyer programs, the account shall be voided.

9.- In case a fraud is proven by name changing in accounts, by presenting other person’s tickets to accumulate miles and with rates that do not apply to the mile accreditation, the account shall be voided.

10.- Any address change must to be informed in writing to the AeroPass Service Center, duly signed by the member.

11.- In case a fraud is verified by the accumulation of miles with courtesy discount tickets, industry discounts, amongst others, the account shall be voided.

12.- Corrections to the name on the accounts must be previously authorized in writing and enclosing a copy of the holder’s I.D. Card or Passport.

13.- AEROPOSTAL Alas de Venezuela does not assume any responsibility if the companies affiliated to AeroPass cease to provide travel services and of any other nature aforementioned, or if there are differences in same.
