AeroPass Accounts

Miles will be credited only when supported with receipts and/or tickets issued in the name of the AeroPass member.

How to Earn Miles ?

Mileage will be earned by accumulating minimum or real flight miles and bonus miles, as well as credits earned through car rentals, hotel stays, credit-card usage, and other. The air travel mileage credits are based on the flight mileage established by AeroPass. Such mileage is applied to segments of scheduled flights at the applicable fare. A segment is a portion of any flight requiring a separate coupon. Mileage is earned according to the applied fares. Eligibility is determined by the basis and regulations of the various fares. There are certain types of tickets that do not earn travel miles, such as, among others: complimentary tickets, prizes offered by AeroPass or LatinPass, Charters and Tour Operators, discounted for the travel industry or for any other motive, infant, or those governed by special regulations.

Mileage Life

Mileage will not expire as long as a member maintains an active status. However, any 24-month consecutive period without travel shall cause accumulated mileage to expire.

Service Bonuses

First class fares earn 100% more miles when traveling on Aeropostal Alas de Venezuela, and 25% when traveling on other airlines.

Statement of Account

A statement of account is sent every six months to members whose accounts show activity for the year.

Mileage Credits for Air Travel

Miles will be earned when the account holder mentions his AeroPass account number when making a reservation, or when purchasing tickets at any of the Aeropostal Client Service Centers, or at the airport at check-in.

Mileage will not be credited without the required documentation. Mileage may only be claimed within six months of the date of travel.
