associates can exchange their mileage for tickets on
AEROPOSTAL Alas de Venezuela’s domestic and
international routes and all those of affiliated
airlines. The unused portion of a prize ticket shall be
voided. If you should opt for a lower class in your
prize trip, you shall lose your right to readjust your
mileage and additional prize.
No intermediate
stops are allowed, only to make an immediate connection
in the first available flight within the following 24
hours. Flights have to be made in the most direct way
between the starting point to the final destination.
Who
can Exchange Miles?
To obtain an
award, the member only needs to have enough mileage in
this AeroPass account. Only the awards mentioned on the
prize table can be requested. You need to have available
a minimum of 50% of the prize value to opt for the
mileage purchase at a rate of US$ 25 per each 1.000
miles.

Prize Awards and
Transfers
Your can have a
prize ticket issued to another person’s name. Once the
ticket is authorized the passenger’s name cannot be
changed. The purchased, exchanged or sold tickets shall
be voided.

Expiry date for
Prizes
Aeropostal’s
prize tickets have a three month validity starting from
the date of the original request. If not used within
this period, the corresponding mileage will be lost.
There is no extension on the ticket validity, nor can
mileage corresponding to unused coupons be redeemed.
New Ticket Issuance
If you should
wish to modify the origin/destination of your ticket
after it was authorized you must make a deposit of US$
75 in our bank account at Banco Provincial, Cta.
Corriente #: 0108-0016-0100012003, in Aeropostal Alas de
Venezuela’s name. The new tickets could only be issued
to travel within the parameters of the original prize,
and the original expiry date shall remain same. This
service rate could be modified without previous notice.
How
to Reserve a Prize
Send a letter by
fax or by e-mail requesting your prize including a copy
of your I.D. Card or Passport to the AeroPass Assistance
office.
This could also
be sent by mail, but be sure to post it with enough days’
anticipation to:

Recommendations
1. Provide the
dates and optional flights when you make prize ticket
reservations.
2. Carefully check your ticket when you receive it, and
in case of mistakes, inform the person that is assisting
you at that moment.
Important Notice
The fact, in
which there are still available seats for sale, does not
mean that there is availability for prize ticket seats (there
is a limited number of seats per flight). Place your
requests as early as possible, in order to increase
confirmation possibilities.
Reservation and Ticket Dispatch Services
If you should be
placed in a waiting list you will benefit with priority
on obtaining the first available seats, the GOLD members
have preference over the SILVER members and the SILVER
members over the REGULAR ones.
